Diffusers
How strong should I set the scent?
Start with a low scent strength and adjust as necessary. Our noses can adapt quickly, so leave the room and return with fresh senses to assess the strength. Increase gradually for a stronger scent or decrease if it's too intense. Experiment to find the right intensity, and don't overdo it, as scent preferences vary.
Can I set a schedule for different times of day?
Yes! Our A diffuser allows complete scheduling 24 Hours
Can I use any scent refill with the diffuser?
Our scent diffusers function best with our scent refills, which feature the right liquid consistency specified by the diffuser designs. Common essential oils and other aromatherapeutic oils are often of thicker consistency, which can clog or damage the diffuser.
Where should I place the diffuser?
Most locations will work, but we recommend you think in terms of airflow, and place the diffuser in an area with good airflow. Avoid open windows, your HVAC's return, and fans. You can try a few different locations and see which produces your desired results.

How do I change to a new scent in my diffuser?
To prevent contaminating one scent with another, before switching scents we recommend you...
- Open the diffuser and remove the scent reservoir.
- Clean the reservoir by filling it with rubbing alcohol and wiping it down.
- Reinstall the reservoir and let it run for 5-10 minutes to ensure proper cleaning.
- Refill the reservoir with your new scent and reinstall it on the diffuser.
Scents Refills
How long will a refill bottle last?
Our bottles come in 4oz fl sizes. They're designed to last in our diffusers respectively for 1-3 months, depending on the intensity you prefer.
Are your scents safe?
Our scents are safe for you, children, your pets, and furnishings. They contain no VOCs and are cruelty-free.
